Belleston Residence is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Darla Thao, R.N., and Toua Xiong, M.D., the experienced healthcare professionals behind Solbakken Senior Living communities in Plymouth and Maple Grove. Together, they bring a rare combination of clinical knowledge, operational excellence, and genuine compassion to senior care.

For more than 30 years, Darla and Toua have worked closely with families navigating the complexities of care, listening, guiding, and building trust every step of the way. Their newest community, Belleston, continues that mission with a focus on high-acuity care delivered in a warm, home-like environment.
